  1. Deposits:
    1. To secure your booking, the following deposit is required within 48 hours of confirming the reservation: R 1000.00 per room
    2. Deposits are refundable lest cancellations are through written notice and telefaxed or mailed electronically 30 days prior to arrival date.
    3. Deposits will also be refunded within 7 working days of departure lest all is in order and accounted for.
  2. General:
    1. All terms and conditions, whether general or special, shall be interpreted and take effect according to the laws of South Africa. The Courts in South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any claims which may arise between the Client and Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA.
    2. Payment to Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA shall be at specified rate, or as agreed in writing from time to time.
    3. All reservations shall be settled on a pre-payment basis.
    4. Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of any property whether belonging to the Client or any of the guests, nor shall Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA be responsible for any personal injury which may be sustained by any guests or by any directors, servants or agents of the Client, whether such damage or personal injury be caused by, or arise from negligance of Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA or its employees or otherwise. The Client hereby indemnifies Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA and all its directors, servants and agent against any claim of whatsoever nature that may be against Kom Nader Guest Lodge LDA by any guests or any of its directors, servants or agents of the Client in respect of such personal injury, loss or damage.
    5. All guests will be required to settle their accounts for extras, laundry ect. on departure. This can only be done in cash in South African and Mozambiquen currency.
    6. Check in time 14h00, check out time 10h00.
    7. Insurance: We recommend that all guests have sufficient travel insurance to cover injury, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss or damage to personal belongings.
    8. Guests are required to sign an indemnity form on confirmation of reservation.
